Bookings & Payments
- All bookings to be secured by a 30% deposit upon confirmation
- Full prepayment to be received 7 days prior to guest arrival
- Check-in Time: 14:30 pm. Check-out Time: 12:00 noon
- Additional charges apply to early check-in / late check-out when available
- Payment by credit card or bank transfer; cheques are not accepted
- VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS accepted
Cancellation Policy
- 21 days or less prior to confirmed arrival date = 50% of stay is charged
- 14 days or less prior to confirmed arrival date = 75% of stay is charged
- 7 days or less prior to confirmed arrival date = 100% of stay is charged
- No shows are charged at 100% of booked stay
Hotel advice:
- For reasons of safety and location, the hotel is unable to accept children under 14 years old
